The banquet is also open to the companions of the participants at the same price, should it be necessary. |
The registration fee includes:
- Springer digital proceedings.
- Access to the complete technical program.
- Welcome reception, coffee-breaks, and lunches.
- Conference dinner.
- One-year APPIA membership fee (for APPIA members only).
The student registration fee includes:

The reduced student registration fee (for students without papers in tracks) includes:
- Access to the complete technical program.
- Welcome reception, coffee-breaks, and lunches.
Important Information
- Accepted Papers: To have a paper published in the conference proceedings, at least one author of the paper has to be registered as a presenter by the early registration deadline. For authors of more than one paper, an additional fee of €100 is charged for each additional paper, with a maximum of two additional papers.
- Student Registration: In order to complete the registration, students are required to provide a certificate of enrolment issued by their university.
- Additional Conference Dinner Tickets: Additional conference dinner participation tickets can be reserved.
